SEO Manager / Team Lead
Izmi is a UK-based digital marketing consultancy specialising in SEO and AI visibility, serving clients across the UK, Europe and MENA. We are building our remote delivery team, and this is the senior hire: you will own the quality of everything we produce. The role reports to Izmi leadership in the UK.

About Izmi
Izmi works with SMEs in the UK and MENA on how they appear across traditional and AI-powered search.
We care more about whether you can do the work than about your degree or your years in the industry.
What you'll do
- Own delivery across all client accounts: strategy roadmaps, audits, prioritisation and monthly reporting
- Lead client calls with UK and European clients alongside our commercial team
- Manage and QA the work of specialists across technical, paid search, content and AI visibility
- Build our internal processes, templates and tooling from the ground up
- Stay ahead of AEO and GEO. Getting brands cited by ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity is core to our offer.
What we need
- Five or more years in SEO, including two or more agency-side managing multiple client accounts
- Proven ranking wins you can walk us through in detail
- Advanced GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Screaming Frog
- Strong technical auditing: crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema and hreflang
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Excellent written and spoken English. This is a client-facing role.
- Fluent Arabic
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Google Ads for blended search strategy
- Experience building processes in a small or growing agency
